ANNIAURA currently ships within India only and currently offers free shipping across India.

Orders are normally dispatched within 1–2 business days after order confirmation, with estimated delivery typically within 4–7 business days after dispatch.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier services, location, public holidays, weather, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

## Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Eligible return requests may be made within 7 days of delivery, subject to the conditions stated in that policy.

## Order Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation before an order has been dispatched.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer available. Eligible requests after dispatch or delivery will be handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.

A cancellation request is not guaranteed if the order has already entered the dispatch or fulfilment process before the request can be processed.

ANNIAURA fashion jewellery does not include a general warranty unless a warranty is specifically stated on the individual product page.
